Food for Fines
Eliminate those overdue fines! The Library will remove $1.00 from your fines for each can of food you bring until January 2008. To benefit the Second Harvest Food Bank.

Carpenter Library has cancelled its membership to BioMed Central.
The Library has been a member of the open access publisher since 2003. In 2006, the pricing model changed and faculty or their sponsoring institutions became responsible for publishing fees. The library continued membership through 2007 to give our faculty fair warning of the upcoming cancellation. We sincerely regret any inconvenience this causes our users, but the huge increase in cost of membership necessitates this action.

Notary Public Service
Staff at Carpenter Library now have Notary Public training and are available to notarize documents. Please email or call the Reference Desk to arrange an appointment; refdesk@wfubmc.edu or 713-7100.
